Upland will prepare and deliver Lease Proposals or Letters of Intent (LOIs) for potential tenants. Based upon your financial and deal guidelines, Upland will do a complete analysis of the each proposal. After the evaluation, Upland will make specific recommendations regarding the transaction (after receipt of a bona-fide offer to lease). Upland will provide continuing support, through all transactions. Although we are not one of the biggest shops in the business, we have an excellent reputation and know the market well.
